The tourist tax must be added to the indicated price, which amounts to €1.50 per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive days (exemption for children up to 10 years).
Prices are per week and stays are preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
On request, it is possible to evaluate stays of less than a week and midweek arrivals/departures.
The price includes electricity, gas and final cleaning.
Linen are not included in the price, but are available for rental upon request.
Check in: from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm - check out: by 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed with the management.
A deposit of 30% of the total is required to book. The balance of the booking must be paid upon arrival, by bank transfer, via Pay Pal or in cash.
